Terms & Conditions – Order Processing & Refund Policy

By placing an order on aedropshippes.com, you (the customer/dropshipper) agree to the following terms and conditions regarding order processing, dispatch, and refunds:

  1. Order Dispatch

    • All orders placed on aedropshippes.com will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days from the date of purchase.

  2. Customer Responsibility

    • If you believe your order has not been dispatched within the expected timeframe, you must contact us at aedropshippes@gmail.com within 3 days of placing the order.

  3. Response & Resolution

    • Our team will respond to your query within 2 business days of receiving your email.

    • If we do not respond within this period, you may request a refund or open a dispute.

  4. Refund & Dispute Policy

    • You are eligible to request a refund or open a dispute if:

      • Your order has not been dispatched within 7 days of placing it, and

      • We have not responded to your communication regarding the order.

    • After 7 days from the order date, no refunds or disputes will be accepted, regardless of the circumstances.

  5. Agreement to Policy

    • By completing your purchase and proceeding with payment via Stripe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
